Misses Brown

Belgium

At COLLECTIBLE 2024, Misses Brown will present "Adri," a work that exudes self-confidence and identity, prompting viewers to contemplate the evolving role of materials in art and design. Using horsehair, traditionally used for reinforcement, as the focal point emerging from recycled paper plaster, the piece challenges the relationship between form and function, inviting exploration of their intertwined nature.

Misses Brown is the brainchild of twin sisters Ke-Ola and Kimoura, who share a passion for creativity rooted in architecture, interior design, and the human experience. Their collaborative process is driven by an intuitive understanding, where shared conceptual ideas or individual inspirations evolve into powerful narratives and unique artworks through instinctive dialogue and collaboration.
