Merve Kahraman's SARE BLUE is a floor lamp inspired by the 17th-century ruff collar, symbolizing wealth and status, and reminiscent of the silent clown "Pierrot." The lamp features a striped marble body and a round glass head. Handcrafted and assembled with various colors of marble, it connects a cylindrical marble block base with the top part through a pearl-colored polyurethane piece. The spherical glass head comes in simple milk glass as well as hand-painted blue and red striped options. "Sare" reflects a blend of nobility and whimsy, representing the inner noble clown.
