Garza presents "Move a Little Bit Further" at COLLECTIBLE New York 2024, a bench designed to physically represent the ebb and flow of relationship proximity. The piece allows couples to adjust their seating distance by sliding over steel bearing balls, reflecting the dynamics of closeness and separation experienced in relationships. Inspired by Droog's "Come a Little Bit Closer," this design focuses on the need for personal space during challenging times, offering a way to navigate emotional distances while providing a space for healing and adjustment.

Leonardo Garza is a Mexican architect and designer based in Mexico City, whose minimalist aesthetic was shaped by his early involvement in Tadao Ando's first Latin American project and later refined through work at a high-end fashion retail interior design firm in New York City. Founding GARZA Studio, he has gained recognition for his sensitive approach to design, which emphasizes simplicity, subtlety, and timelessness. Featured in New York Magazine's “AN Interior” and exhibited in prominent galleries and fairs like Sight Unseen and Pink Essay, Garza’s work bridges art and industrial design through meticulous attention to detail and innovative design features.
